The group of companies Tekhflot  was founded in 2000 in Sevastopol city, Ukraine. In 2014 the group was reorganized according to the Russian legislation in to the corporate group with a parent holding company "Tekhflot". 
The leading engineering  company Tekhflot was founded in 2003. The shipyard, as a subsidiary company, has been reorganized in to "Crimean Ship repair & Building Company" in 2014.

Since the beginning the group built and repaired more than 150 vessels of different types and displacements.

Tekhflot LLC, Sevastopol, is an official dealer of Stardust Cruisers, USA, which is the biggest houseboat manufacturer in the United States.

The staff of the company consists of the internationally recognized professionals.

In 2003 Tekhflot LLC was certified by Russian Maritime Register of Shipping and Shipping Register of Ukraine.
In 2005 the company started the original floating fuel stations development.
In 2005 the company builds an original crane vessel "Atlas-1" for export.
In 2007 the company was certified by Russian River Register.
In 2009 the company became an official representative of "Sumerset Houseboats", USA.
In 2010 the company became an official representative of "Atlantic Meeco Inc.", USA.
In 2010 the company became an official representative of "Boundless Yachts", USA.
In 2011 the company signed an exclusive dealership agreement with "Stardust Cruisers", USA.
In 2011 the company started the mobile houses and modular buildings development. The same year the company started to build 4 2000 DWT barges for Ukrainian Customer.
In 2015 the company started Russian stratigical ship repair government contracts.
In 2016 the company became a member of Crimean Free (Special) Economic Zone (Area), got the naval testing laboratory and new special equipment.
