Ship repair company "Tekhflot" ltd was organized in 2003 on the base of other ship repair enterprises such as "Tekhprom", "Tekhmashprom" and "Flotservice" to lift up ship repair and shipbuilding service to higher level in the South of Ukraine.
The company is the Ukrainian leader in ship repair & shipbuilding business according to the State Committee of Statistics and National Business Rating in 2007.
The company primary deals with:
• ship repair - almost all types of repairs, including placing a vessel in a dock;
• ship conversion & reequipment
• shipbuilding - building of vessels up to 100 meters ;
• building of small vessels, yachts, boats, floating houses and etc;
• maritime and river fuel-filling stations - design, construction, transportation and etc;
• design bureau - design of different vessels, fuel-filling stations, yachts, boats, floating houses and so on.
The additional businesses are houseboat building & sale, yachts & boats building and sale, yacht and motor boats charter & brokerage.

Since the beginning ship repair company built and repair more than 30 vessels of different types and displacements.
They were: wood carrier "Vladimir Timofeev' (renewal), crane vessel "Atlas" (was built), river fuel-filling station "Sophia" (was built) and etc.
The "Tekhflot" company operates almost with all South Ukraine Ship Yards.
